During the test, userrelated data will be collected. This includes explicit information (e.g. user name, clicks on buttons and links and adding comments) and implicit information (e.g. time to complete a task). This data will be used by the study administrator for a statistical analysis. By accepting the privacy statement, the user (test participant) agrees to the following conditions.
(1) Data gathered through explicit actions include a) the user's name b) clicks on categories and subcategories (back and forth) to identify the user's navigation paths through the classification system, c) clicks on answer items to identify the user's choice, d) clicks on the skip button and e) the user's comments entered in the form elements.
(2) Data gathered through implicit actions include a) the number of attempts the user needs to accomplish a task (the value could be limited by the study administrator) and b) the time the user needs for a task.
(3) For the statistical analysis, the user's name is used to establish a unique relation between the user and his results.
(4) The user's results can be combined with results from other users for statistical purposes, but can also be analyzed individually based on the user's name.
(5) During the test, the user result data will be saved in session variables. When the user has finished the test, all results will be written in the database at once. When the user breaks up during the test, nothing will be saved.
(6) By performing the test, the user cooperates with the study administrator. The site owner of cinspector.com is not involved in any possible conflict between the user and the study administrator. The user agrees to the fact that the study administrator has the full rights on his results.
(7) The user has to right to request a complete removal of his data by the study administrator.
